Order Online

You can now purchase all Essenz products online via our easy-to-use e-commerce system. This includes custom server configurations and standard instock networking equipment. All online orders can be tracked online from the Account Center. Returning customers can login with their own account giving quick access to previous billing and shipping information. Online orders can only be paid by Visa or MasterCard.

Contact your Essenz Consulting Sales Representative by emailing sales@essenz.com or calling 1-800-248-1736. Payment can be made by COD, Certified Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, or Authorized Credit Card. We accept VISA or MasterCard. International Orders must be Prepaid. Net 30 Payment Terms can be established upon credit approval. Please call to request a credit application.

Delivery Terms

All Essenz Servers are thoroughly tested and benchmarked prior to shipment to guarantee out-of-the-box operation. Standard delivery time is 6-8 Business Days from date of order placement. Free Fedex 3-Day shipping is available for all servers. For quicker deliver you can upgrade to Fedex Overnight for an additional charge. If shipment is going to be beyond 8 Business Days due to product inventory you will be notified prior to order placement. Please read our Terms and Conditions for full delivery details.

Product Warranty

All Essenz Servers come with a 2 Year Comprehensive Hardware Warranty. This 2 Year Warranty covers: Memory, Processor, Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, CD-ROM Drive, Tape Drive, All PCI Cards, Motherboard, Chassis, and Power Supply.

Warranty covered replacements are available by obtaining a valid RMA number. Failed components must be sent back to Essenz prior to part replacement. Once we have received the damaged component, we will send out a replacement via Fedex Overnight. Purchaser only pays for shipping the damaged unit back to Essenz. Advanced Replacement RMA's are available pending credit approval. Advanced RMA replacements are shipped via Fedex Overnight out prior to receiving damaged components.
